RULES OF PPV SERVICE PROVISION
- To use the PPV Service, a User is entitled to use the PPV Service if he/she has a working hardware with HTML5 support and Internet access. The transmission is available via PCs, mobile devices, and smart TVs with HTML5 support.
- Ordering is done via the website live.erochainexpo.com
- In order to use the PPV Service, the User should make an order on the website live.nextblockexpo.com and payment via online payment stripe.com. The order will be processed immediately after payment for the service at stripe.com. The user will receive access to the service via e-mail to the address provided when placing the order. Placing an order implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions which are available at live.nextblockexpo.com.
- Before ordering the PPV Service the Subscriber is required to read these Terms and Conditions available on the website live.nextblockexpo.com.
- Ordering the PPV Service is tantamount to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- The purchased transmission allows access to the service of transmission of the entire event in PPV system.
- During the use of PPV Service there may be short interruptions in continuity of picture or sound (e.g. skips, slowed down display of images) caused by interference independent of PPV Stream Sp. z o.o.
- The broadcast may be used by Users only for their own personal use within the territory of the European Union.
- Purchased access may be used on one device at the same time.
- PPV Stream Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the PPV Service and for the consequences of disclosure by the User of the content made available within the PPV Service to third parties, including minors, by failing to take appropriate precautions.
- The order entails an obligation to pay. Without fulfillment of this obligation, the contract is not concluded.
PAYMENT
- Payment for the PPV Service is made using the stripe.com system. The payment is considered to be made at the moment when the payment is confirmed by the stripe.com system.
- PPV Stream Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for any delays arising during payment verification in the stripe.com system.
- The User shall not be entitled to a refund of the Fee in whole or in part in the event of lack of full access to the Event during the entire Access Period, caused by the User's delay in making the Order.
COMPLAINT
- The User has the right of complaint: at the time of unavailability of the strikeking.ppv-stream.pl system or its failure.
- The condition to consider a complaint is the lack of logging in the live.erochainexpo.com system.
- The complaint is not entitled in the case of occurrence of short interruptions in the continuity of the image or sound (e.g. skips, slow display of images) caused by disturbances independent of PPV Stream Sp. z o.o.
- Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the moment of its submission
Complaints can be submitted at bok@ppv-stream.pl - Once the complaint is accepted, the user will receive a refund of the value of the access purchased.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 pt. 12 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to consumers with respect to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision.

Solicitation
The website, the events and the publication do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any investment. The publication or content of the website and events should not be distributed to any third party without the express approval of NBX Sp. Z o.o.

Ownership and Copyright
The copyright in the website, the events and the publication (unless otherwise indicated), its contents, including all information, graphics, code, text and design are owned by NBX Sp. Z o.o and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Admission policy
Our events are open to professionals only. Solicitation of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed from the show. Any person found to be registering to attend our events using false information or credentials or deliberately withholding information will have their application automatically denied and may be liable to prosecution. Without prejudice, the organisers reserve the right to exclude any person (s). Closed Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) will be in operation at all times during the events.
The organisers reserve the right to deliver the CCTV videotapes to the Police or other competent authority as evidence if requested to do so. The contents of such videotape may be used as evidence in a court of law.
For further information contact the Security manager. The organisers reserve the rights to film/permit approved third party filming across the show open days of the events. By attending the show, visitors permit the organisers/approved third parties to use any footage taken. No person under the age of 18 years, including children of the exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period. Canvassing is not permitted.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the events or venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break the rules.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
The customer has the option of returning the product within 14 days without giving any reason – in accordance with the Act on consumer rights of May 30, 2014 (Dz. U. 2014 r. poz. 827 ze zm.) A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, within 14 calendar days, have the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below.
Written cancellations made four weeks before the event date will be subject to a full refund. Written cancellations made two weeks before the event date will be subject to a 50% refund per ticket. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event date cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or post). NBX Sp. Z o.o reserves the right to alter the programme without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are liable to pay for your ticket regardless of actual attendance at the show, as we will have made provisions for your attendance, incurring costs to NBX Sp. Z o.o. The only exceptions to this rule are the written cancellation policies listed above. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the programme in which all monies will be refunded. NBX Sp. Z o.o safeguard your data. We will endeavour to keep you informed of our other conferences and products where appropriate and may occasionally make your name available to reputable companies outside the group. If you would prefer us not to release your name to third parties, please opt out on the registration page. Payments by credit card and e-transfer are carried out for through tpay. Paypal, przelewy24.pl, SIX, ZEN, Coinbase Commerce. Conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services. Please submit complaints via email to info@nextblockexpo.com no later than 3 days after the event ends.
In case of unexpected circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, the purchased ticket will be honoured at the nearest event hosted by the organiser.
Data protection and privacy
In providing any personal data to us we agree to use that only for the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations to you and to inform you of other related services and forthcoming exhibitions which you may be interested in. Should you not wish to receive these communications please contact us to have your details removed or use the unsubscribe facilities provided.
VAT
All delegates will be charged VAT regardless of their country of residence. Under EU law, the event comes under the ‘supplied where performed’ rules. This means that the activity is taxed at the place where it is physically carried out and not where it is received. For further details please refer to European Commission website. This website covers EU legislation. The area of the legislation that is relevant for these services is Article 52 B of the VAT Directive under EU Law. Reclaim Procedures
Individuals attending the event in a ‘non-business’ capacity will not be entitled to recover the VAT they incur. However, there are several ways for businesses, i.e. delegates from businesses / customers, to recover the VAT depending on their country of residence.
Business customers
Any business delegate who belongs in the native country will be entitled to recover the VAT incurred on their VAT return (subject to the normal rules such as holding a valid VAT invoice).
Business customers in the EU

Imitation of our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
We shall have no liability for the following losses or damages, (whether such losses or damages
were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) arising under or in connection with:

2. Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Website;
3. Loss of income or revenue;
4. Loss of business or sales;
5. Loss of data;
6. Business interruption;
7. Loss of anticipated savings;

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to this Website and / or your registration immediately and without notice and invalidate your pass so that you will be refused entry at the venue if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
Complaints procedure
Each participant has the right to file a complaint. Complaints should be sent by e-mail to the address support@nextblockexpo.com or by post to the
address of NBX Sp. z o.o. Aleje Jerozolimskie 162A, 02-342 Warsaw.
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The organizer reserves the right to proportionally extend the deadline in the event of A response to the complaint will be sent electronically or by post to the appropriate address provided by the Participant in the complaint submission process. If NBX Sp. z o.o. complaints, the participant may use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. The Participant may ask for help from consumer organizations and municipal or poviat consumer ombudsmen. Detailed information on the possibility for the Participant who is a consumer to use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress and the rules of access to these procedures are available at: www.uokik.gov.pl
